3 cucchiai di anice.

Ingredients:
1 kg of flour;
33 cl of white wine;
3 spoons of salt;
3 spoons of aniseed.
Procedure:
Warm wine with aniseed. Mix all the ingredients to obtain a soft mixture. Divide the mixture into nine equal parts to form donuts and boil them. Let them dry for about 90 minutes, then bake them for about 60 minutes (180°).
